The property was acquired in 1976 and was developed into a world-class horse facility in 2008! Our newly involved customers particularly value our reputation as a first class operation! Our business is located minutes from I-71, just 20 miles south of I-480 between Ashland and Wellington, Ohio. We are nestled at the corner of Route 58 and County Road 500 in the picturesque countyside of Sullivan, Ohio.

Services We Offer

Windy Knoll Farms is a Full-Service Equestrian Facility Offering:

• Riding Lessons from beginner to advanced including Dressage and Jumping.
• Driving Lessons from beginner to advanced including fine harness and competitive driving.
• Boarding/Stabling offering over 100 permanent stalls, both 12' x 12' and 12' x 16' stall options and can grow to almost 200 stalls with portable stalls.
• We offer: training, breaking, preparing, competition training, grooming and care.
• Over 120 acres with riding trails, driving trails and driving courses with hazards for training and competition
• Ample Trailer Parking
• Lighted Indoor Arena 200 x 80 with seating for up to 700 spectators and for sales we can accomodate up to 1500 in the arena and up to 2,500 people onsite.
• Second arena 224 x 120 for expanded opportunities.
• Outdoor arena is 400 x 200 for all your equestrian needs.
• Vehicle parking separate from equestrian areas.
